01Why Evnty exists
Most events are planned in spreadsheets, chats and email: a booking list, a budget sheet, a shift plan, a folder of invoices. The same number gets typed three times, and the budget is only as current as the last person who updated it.
Evnty connects those steps. A confirmed fee becomes a budget line, an approved hour becomes labour cost, an invoice lands on the line it belongs to.
02What we build
One web app in German and English for the whole event: artist booking and timetable, event budget, crew scheduling, time tracking and invoice matching. Crew get their own staff portal on their phone, and assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT can read along through AI connections.
03How we work
A few principles run through the product and this site:
- 01Honest about limits. We say what Evnty does not do: the working-time checks follow German law, budgets run in euros, SevDesk is the only accounting connection.
- 02Real product, real footage. The videos on this site are recorded in the actual app with demo data.
- 03Data protection by default. Database and files in the EU jurisdiction, no tracking cookies, sensitive staff data encrypted. Details on the security page.
- 04Built for the night shift. Clocking in works offline, the timetable keeps nights past midnight on one show day, and crew see their shifts without a group chat.
04Who we build for
Festivals with several stages, clubs with a night every week, promoters who calculate every show, agencies running events for clients. The solutions pages describe how each of them uses Evnty.
