01Accounting with SevDesk
SevDesk is the accounting connection. Evnty fetches booked expense vouchers on a schedule, assigns them to events through tags or cost centres and suggests the budget line they belong to. It reads and never writes back. Details are on the SevDesk page.
DATEV, Lexoffice, bexio and other systems are not connected. You upload their documents as PDF or photo, and receipt recognition fills in vendor, amounts and dates (Team plan and up, or as an add-on on Starter).
02AI assistants over MCP
From the Team plan, Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants that speak the Model Context Protocol connect to your organisation once an owner switches the connection on. They read events, timetables, artists, venues and budget summaries, read-only. See AI connections.
03Exports you can take anywhere
What you plan in Evnty leaves it in open formats:
- 01Timetable as a PDF running order, as CSV or as an iCal file for any calendar
- 02Budget as a PDF report for partners or as CSV
- 03Timesheets as CSV for payroll, a PDF archive per closed month and an export for customs inspections (FKS)
