01One app instead of five spreadsheets

Booking, budget, shift plan, time tracking and invoices are connected in every Evnty account. A confirmed fee becomes a budget line, an approved hour becomes labour cost, an invoice lands on the line it belongs to. Which part matters most depends on how you work, and that is what the page for each audience describes. Every module is listed under features.

02Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Evnty is available in German and English, and data is stored with Cloudflare in the EU jurisdiction. Organisations in Austria and Switzerland use it the same way as German ones, with a few limits worth knowing before you switch:

  • 01Budgets run in euros. There is no setting for Swiss francs yet.
  • 02The working-time checks follow German law (ArbZG, MiLoG, JArbSchG). In Austria and Switzerland treat them as a guide only.
  • 03Public holidays are the nationwide German ones.
  • 04SevDesk is the only accounting connection. bexio, common in Switzerland, is not supported; documents from other systems can be uploaded as files.

03From the first event to many

Plans differ by team members, active events and employees, not by audience. A club with one night a week and a festival with a large crew use the same features. The kiosk and AI connections come with the Team plan and up. The pricing page shows which plan fits.
