01How these guides are written

Each guide describes how events are actually run, with the steps, numbers and checklists that come up in practice. Where law or tax comes into play, it names the rule and links to the official source. Every guide shows the date it was last updated.

The guides are written by the Evnty team. They describe practice and are no substitute for legal or tax advice: for contracts, tax and employment law, ask an adviser.

02Where Evnty comes in

Each guide ends with the parts of Evnty that take the work off your hands: the event budget, artist booking with the timetable, crew scheduling and time tracking. The checklists work with any tool, spreadsheets included.
